Who made the decision on the trash and recycle recepticles on lower Main St.? (bizzneth 03/19/10 2:17am)
The recepticles are not user friendly. The openings are small with no distinct directions or labels as to what they are. The huge space for buisnesses to advertise are all vacant. I have asked many passer-bys, out of curiosity, if they knew what the monstrosity was intended for. Most people responded with confusion, upon closer inspection, realized their use. Majority of people are not as observant and will toss trash where ever. The recepticles should be sized and labled in a obvious fashion so people can easily recognize and use them accordingly.
