The City of Ventura's Public Art Program is pleased to announce the winners of the Ventura Harbor Ecological Reserve photo contest. First prize went to amateur photographer Kim Binfield for her work, "Through the Reeds." Second prize was awarded to student photographer John Ferritto for his work, "reeds." Third Prize was awarded to Regina Crook for her work, "Captured (Only on Film)!" The Fourth prize went to Peter Binfield for his piece, "Above the Law."
