Cabrillo Middle School: WHO SHOULD RECEIVE A PTO HONORARY SERVICE AWARD?
Full Description:
Do you know a person who has generously given his/her time and energy to benefit the
young people at Cabrillo? This person could be anyone on the Cabrillo staff or a parent or a member
of the community. Please submit a nomination for the PTO Honorary Service Award. The
award recipients are announced at the Honor Roll Breakfast on May 25, 2007.
If you would like to nominate someone, please pick up a PTO Honorary Service Award
nomination form in the school office. You can also download the form from the Cabrillo web site.
Complete the form and return to the school office no later than Friday, April 27, 2007. You can
also e-mail your completed form to Linda Duval in the office at linda.duval@venturausd.org. We
appreciate your valuable input!
